stop message

I not sure if this is the right forum for this question? If not which would
be the best.
I get this stop message on my system stop: 0x0000006e (0xc0000005,
0x804e84dd, 0xeda99bc4, 0x00000000) it seems to only happen when I run
bearshare I have uninstall it at least five times this last time I did a reg
edit to remove all trace of bearshare then I did a re install but it still
happend. I am using at the present a Toshiba Equium A60 with a memory upgrade
too 704mb of ram. I do not know if this problem is hardware or software
thougt the blue screen does say device driver but not which one. Any help
please.

Thanks for the reply unfortunaly I mistyped the second last number of the
first numbers the line should be 0x0000008e not "0x0000006e"
