Stop error when running FBA

I get the following error booting my build for the first time.

"Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Session manager initialization system process
terminated unexpectedly with a status of
0xc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down."

Where should i start?

My build is WIN XPe sp2

I fugured it out, i was using a wrong hard disk driver in my device profile.
