Do you have the VIA chipset? If so, you might need to
update the 4-in-1 drivers.
Also, some of these errors are related to networking. A
hassle, but if desperate, delete the instances of your
netowkr card and network card connections, turn off your
PC, then remove your network card to see if that's it.

Also, I wonder if it's only when you play certain games on
your PC, or does it not matter what app you're running and
does it randomly?
