Stop Error 0x000000D1

Please help me.

While playing certain games with WinXP Home, I get this
blue screen Stop error;

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Stop: 0x000000D1, 0x0000000c, 0x00000007, 0x00000000,
0xF62BFF21

Then I am forced to restart my computer and resume the
game only to have this happen again and again.

Sys Config -
WinXP Home
P4 2.4
512Mb Ram
GeForceFX 5200

Thanks it told me to try and reset my paging file to a
system managed size which I did... A friend told me last
year to set it to 1.5x my ram. Now that I think about it,
thats when my problems all started. Unfortunatly I didnt
think about my paging file. DOH!
