Stop co-workers from installing unecessary programs on my shared computer.

Is it possible to enable a password for program installations. My co-workers continually install messenger and other unecessary programs on my shared computer. My co-workers need access to internet and all files on the computer, but I wish to stop them from installing anything.

Make their accounts limited.
