Hi,
I have a remote user with a desktop p/c with Windows XP. She keeps
getting a blue screen error as follows:
"STOP: C000021a (fatal system error). The windows logon process
terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x0000005 (0x00000000) The
system has been shutdown"
I have found references to this error on various sites, but they all
seem to refer to Windows 2000 and the fix is usually install a service
pack. However I cannot find any references to the error for Windows
XP.
Can anybody suggest what the solution might be to this?
Thanks for any help
Colin
