I am a college student and I am required to use APA format with my papers.
Word 2003 used to allow me to create a table of contents without changing the
formatting of my headings. Word 2007 keeps changing the formatting no matter
what heading I choose on the home tab. I have already done everything in the
help for Word but nothing is working. Every time I choose a level while
outlining Word changes the format.
Is there a way to make it stop formatting? I would really prefer just to
format things when I want to and not format when I don't.
