anybody,

I am unable to sent to some recipients.
its has been working fine. Now, it seems, that recipient seems to have
been blackballed by
Outlook 2003 SP1. I put on safe recipient list. Still no good.

Yet I can sent to that or any recipient thru OE6. So, i beleive I have
isolated the problem to Outlook.....?????????
