Still images suitable for printing or emailing

I have vacation photos that were done in Movie Maker (Windows XP Home
Edition). I would really like to print a few of these images, but am having
difficulties figuring out how to convert these to still images, perhaps jpg
format. I really hope someone out there can give me the information I need,
especially since I haven't been able to find the answer on my own. Many
thanks.

In Windows Movie Maker 2 there is a button
at the bottom of your Viewing Screen that looks
like a Camera (place your pointer on it and
the Tool Tip says *Take Picture*). This will do
a screen capture that can be saved as a single
image. Just pause on the image you want...
click the button ...and save the file.

Be aware that the resolution may not be very good.
