Still Images on TV

Is it possible to copy images onto cd for viewing through DVD player and TV?

Yes, you can make an Image CD, I've never personally done it before, but Nero can burn them. Your DVD player has to be able to read them, however.

I have the Philips DVD Player which has the capability to read MP3 as well as JPEG files. I tried it once and was able to have a slide show with music being player off the MP3 file simultanously.

Check the specs of your player.
