Stationery and themes

I have both Word 2007 and Outlook 2007. i can't change the default
stationery from 2003 version and I don't have the option to see more
stationery or choose a theme. This is getting to be a real problem.
Surely there is a solution. I can not believe I have to pay to get support
from Microsoft, the programs are expensive enough.
I have gotten the run around for 3 days. Is there a solution?

What version of Office are you using?

Is Tools | Options Mail format tab .. Stationary and Fonts button ...
Personal Stationary tab accessible?
Outlook 2007 needs Word 2007 for Stationary and Themes. if it isn't
accessible it might be that Outlook doesn't "know" Word 2007 is installed.
I've seen this problem before when a user installed WordPerfect and it took
over default settings and confused Outlook. The solution was to repair the
Office 2007 installation. Try that!
