Static IP

We have a 2k3 member server, member of a 2k3 domain, the 2k3 box is a RAS
server for VPN connections, i have one simple question, how do I make sure
that a specific user receives a specific IP address, the settings seems to
be grayed out in AD, or perhaps how would I make RAS look up the local user
accounts when users authenticate rather then looking in AD.

I believe the option is only available if AD is running in native mode.

I can't think of any way you could do it without AD.

Is AD running in Win2000 native mode? If the option is grayed out, my
guess is that you are running in mixed mode (ie NT compatible).
