Starup item question

I do have noticed a new entry in my Startup System Configuration Utility
(Startup tab). The item is unter the ""Startup Item" and is called "Dumprep
0 -u" and then under the Command column it read as follows:
"C:\WINDOWS\System32\dumprep 0 -u"

Do any one knows what is this for?
