Startup services and apps - Profile Manager

I'm looking for a startup manager untility - by that I mean kind of like a
device profile manager but for services and startup programs. The idea is
you would create startup profiles with selective services and startup
programs for each profile. eg: you'd have a normal profile - all default
services and startup apps would load. perhaps a photoshop profile -
unnecessary services and starup apps would be disabled in this so that
photoshop has a lot more resources... etc... you get the idea..

Does anyone know of an app or util that can make this possible?

Dont think there is one of these sorry.
But,
you can go to
Run>>type
msconfig
and go to Startup
And select which programs etc. You want to have loaded when you start your
computer and load your User.

not quite profile manager but there is a network manager that allows you
set up start up programs, .... with multiple network profile, net switcher?
I am not sure It had been a long quite while I used it


But then, you can setup different ID with different apps started
automatically
