I'd like to know where are the opened program links located ?
when we click Start, we see opened program list.

Any help please ?

It is unclear what you are looking at or what you want to look at.

When you click Start, you see a list of programs, and at the bottom:
All Programs. Click the latter to see all the shortcuts to all
installed programs.

If you want to see Startup programs (partial list) look for the
Startup folder.

You can also see the complete list of startup programs by clicking
Start and typing MSCONFIG into the start-search box.

Clcik the Startup tab when the window opens.
