Startup message from System Configuration Utility

I used "msconfig" to get rid of a "DevDtc2.exe" error message on startup. Now
when I bootup I get the following:

You have used the System Configuration Utility to make changes to the way
Windows starts.

The Sys Config Utility is currently in Diagnostic of Selective Startup mode,
causing this message to be displayed and the utility to run every time
Windows starts.

Choose the Normal Startup mode on the General tab to start Windows normally
and undo the changes you made using the Sys Config Utility.

Does this mean there is something wrong with my computer or should I just
choose "Normal Startup" on the General Tab?

Thanks in advance.

That exe is installed by various Olympus products, you have such installed?
If so perhaps you need to figure out what is wrong with whatever you
installed.

You click cancel, its simply advising you you made changes, when you amend
an entry in msconfig, there is an option as to whether to launch it when you
reboot after the changes

About msconfig,
I clicked on Start, run and msconfig. I then selected the startup tab and
removed the checkmark from "Device Detector 3". Thanks for answering my
question.
