It's almost regular that the first time each day I click the power on for my
system, I can hear the fans turn on, but it doesn't boot up. The monitor
stays in suspend, and you dont have the drives powering up at all. I have to
click reset a couple times or even click and hold the power buttom down and
turn it back on a few times for everything to boot up. Does anyone have any
advice?

This is a classic sign of a failing power supply. There isn't enough
"juice" to get the drives up and running all the way but on subsequent
tries the drives' momentum gets them going. There could be other
causes, but the first thing to try is swapping out the psu with a
known-working one.

Malke is dead on with this advice. Get that power supply checked or swapped
out soon. They (power supplies) sometimes have this nasty habit of sending
one last massive surge as they die, taking other components out with them.
