startup freezing

i have xp pro with sp2 using spybot, trojan remover, yahoo anti spy & norton
anti virus (all fully updated)when my pc starts up it freezes on the startup
screen for about 1 min, then the windows starting logo(with the scrolling
dot)appears as normal, then it freezes again with a blue screen for obout a
min, untill the log on screen, then all is ok, have tried system restore to
when all was ok,
any help with this prob' would be great...Thank's Phil
