Starting Blutooth on .NET 1.1

Hi Friends,

I would appreciate if you could point me to a place where I can start
learning to build Bluetooth applications.
I need to write simple apps like discovering and transferring etc. Or even
if there is more than that, I'd be glad.
MSDN doesn't give any direct help on this area.

You can take a look into Peter's free library:

And take into account one thing: this library works with devices using
Microsoft Bluetooth Stack, which is becoming little by little a
standard for all PPC manufacturers.
Devices using Widcomm (HP iPAQs for example) )and other vendor's
Bluetooth stack cannot play with this library and you would need a
commercial library (paying it of course).

If you didn't know about devices using different Bluetooth Stacks
(mainly Microsoft and Widcomm), search into the newsgroup and you'll
see many post asking for the same thing. I obtained all the info from
this newsgroup ;-)

I think Franson has released a library for interacting with all kind of
Bluetooth devices. It's not free but sometimes it worths saving time:
