start-up run.dll error

I scan for virus last week and found that one of the .dll
files was infected. I moved it into quarantine, tried to
clean it, did not work so I deleted it before it said it
was ad-ware. Now when I start up my computer it
says "run.dll error, specific file bxxxs5.dll cannot be
found" I tried to find a replacement file for this but
can not be found. Is it needed and can I remove it from
the start-up code ?
Thanks

I have never heard of bxxxs5.dll, and it is probably a
virus or part of a virus. You can go to Start> Run and
type msconfig and make sure in the start up area the file
in question is disabled on start up.

If it is a part of a program you are using, the virus may
have attached itself to the file.
