Start up New Outlook 2007 Beta 2 version

I've installed the office 2007 beta 2 version, that includes Outlook.
All programmes work except for Outlook.

When I start the programme it tries to migrate account settings, but fails.

Then I get the message: "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable"

When I try to work offline, Outlook crashes and I get the notice:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened"

Can somebody please help me to solve this problem??

Create a new mail profile and configure it to use an existing Outlook
personal folders file or a new one, your choice.

Before starting Outlook, go into Control Panel | Mail and create a new mail profile to connect to your Exchange server, inputting the settings manually and keeping the mailbox as the default delivery location.
