start up list question and System32 question

How do I go about finding the start-up sequence for my
computer? I want to know what is automatically starting
up when I boot my computer.

I have been having some problems with my CPU usage going
to 100% as soon as I boot my computer. I am not sure if I
have a virus or not. I always get a DOS prompt that
highlights the files "cmd.exe", "services.exe"
and "hidden32.exe". I do not know what these are or if
they are contributing to my computer reaching 100% CPU
usage ( and rendering my computer useless).

Also, can anyone tell me about the Trojan Drop virus? I
have the Norton Anti-virus software(which I download file
updates regularly). I performed a virus scan in my
C:/winnt/system32 folder and it picked up a few virus
files relating to the trojan virus. I performed another
scan about 10 minutes later in the same folder and it
picked up another virus file (all of which I deleted).
Why did the anti-virus not pick up this new file when i
first performed the scan (only a few minutes before)?

Any advice is appreciated.

Go to Google and type HIDDEN32.EXE VIRUS
I got 53 hits in 1/5 of a second
