Start toolbar

Today when I turned on my computer my START TOOLBAR was at the top of my screen
How do i get it back to the bottom of screen??

There is nothing called the "start toolbar." Are you asking about
the taskbar?

Although by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the
screen, it can be on any of the sides you prefer it on. To move
it from any side to another, simply click on an unused part of it
and drag it where you want it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on
it and uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.
 
Hi Wayne,

Right-click it, make sure "lock the taskbar" is not checked (if it is, click
on it to deselect it). Then left-click and drag an empty area of the taskbar
back to the bottom and release. You may find it easier to move to the left
side of the screen, then to the bottom.

. Just click on a blank spot of tool bar and hold it
down and then just drag it to side, bottom or where ever
you want it.
