START TOOL BAR

My start toolbar which is usually at the bottom of the screen is not at the
top of the screen. When I grab it to move it I can only make it deeper.
How or where do I grab it to reposition it? Thanks

Right click in vacant area of task bar and see if "Lock the Taskbar"
is ticked. If it is, then select it to untick it.

You should now be able to place cursor in a vacant area ot the
taskbar, hold down left button and drag it to either side or bottom.

Make sure you keep cursor away from edge where you see the double
headed arrow which is used to change its width!!
