The Start-Task Bar was some how moved to the top of the
screen from the bottom of the screen. How do I get it
back to the bottom?

Just use your mouse pointer and drag(press and hold the mouse button) the
task bar to the bottom.

Thanks

#1, Right click the 'Taskbar', if thiere is a tick against 'Lock the
Taskbar', then click said so that the tick dissapears.

#2, Put cursor over empty part of 'Taskbar', left-click and drag the
'Taskbar' down to the bottom (or whatever side that you want).
Note; the 'Taskbar' will seem not to be moveing until cursor is more than
halfway to it's destination.

#3, Reverse what you did at #1 (re-lock the 'Taskbar')

.
Point next to the start button and click and hold down
the left mouse button longer that usual and then while
still holding it down drag your pointer diagonally back to
the lower left portion of the screen.
