Start of Windows mail takes about 5 minutes

Hello Group

the start of windows mail in vista takes about 5 minutes.
my pc:
1 tb Harddisk (956 MB free)
4 gb ram
vista home premium

2 mails in the incoming folder
no ather mails are stored, all other folders are empty

this happens only with one user, vista mail with an other user on the the
same pc works very fine.
there are only two accounts on the pc

can someone help?

You have a 1000GB hard drive, yet less than 1GB is free?
I would think that Vista's swap file would have trouble under those
circumstances. Free up more space.

That makes more sense.
I suggest trying this: In Windows Mail, go to Tools, Accounts,
then delete ('remove') all accounts you see there, not just
the mail ones. Restart Windows Mail, and create one mail account.
Does it start quicker now?
