Start multiple copies of Word

Sometimes I am able two open word documents individually in WindowsXP but
most of the time only one copy of the Word program opens and all documents
that I open end up in the same Word screen so I have to use: Arrange All in
Word to see my different documents. How to open multiple copies of Word, with
Excel that happens automatically but not with Word.

On the Edit tab of Tools | Options, make sure that "Windows in Taskbar" is
checked.

Thanks Suzanne (you meant the View tab, not Edit tab), I knew that it was
something simple like that.

Yes, sorry. So many of the options I refer to are on the Edit tab that
sometimes my fingers take over from my brain. <g>
