Start menu position

All this time the start menu show at the bottom of desktop, yet suddenly I
see the menu at the top of desktop. Is there any way I can bring beck to the
bottom?

Just use the mouse to drag the task bar to the desired edge of the display.

You might need to right click to unlock it first.

Right click the taskbar, then click to clear the Lock Taskbar option.

Left click, in the middle of the Taskbar, hold down the button and drag the
Taskbar down to the bottom.

Right click the taskbar, then click Lock the Taskbar.

Now it can't be moved or resized unless the Lock Taskbar option is cleared
again.
