Start Menu/Help and Support doesn't work

I cannot start Help and Support in Start Menu. It has worked before even
after ServicePack 2. All PCHealth components are OK and the service Help and
Support is working (it starts automatically). What might be wrong? I have
tried all the batches and advice from http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com but
they have not helped.

Hi Juhani,

Are you able to launch Help and Support directly (not from Start Menu), in this way?:

Open folder "C:\windows\pchealth\helpctr\binaries"
Double-click "helpctr.exe"

If not, post the exact symptom / error message.
