start menu arrows

would like to know how to get rid of start menu arrows
that condense the start menu. i would like to see all my
programs on the start menu when i click on the start
menu. appreciate the help.

Right-click the taskbar and select Properties
Clear the checkbox labeled "Use Personalized Menus"
