Start bar (Pictures)

I have inadvertantly moved the pictures folder, not sure if it's back in the
right place
but now the "Pictures" launch on the start menu doesn't work
(also haven't got the grey pictures icon on explore)
Hope this makes sense can anyone tell me how to fix it.

Reset the Shell Folders paths to defaults:
