Standby Missing from Shutdown Dialog

After getting this message

The last few times your computer went on standby it stopped responding.
Would you like to prevent your computer from going on standby in the future?

I can't figure out a way to add "StandBy" back into the shutdown dialog.
Does anybody have any idea how to "re-enable" the standby functionality?

Download the latest version of your video drivers from the video chipset
manufacturer's website.

Uninstall your current video drivers (even if they're the latest one's)

Install the freshly downloaded drivers.

Check in Control Panel....Power Options to make sure the Hibernation is
enabled.
