Staffing Schedule

Please Help! I want my monthly staffing schedule to default to a daily
schedule that I send to corporate. Next to the employees names, I put a
DA for days on A Hall ... EB for evenings on B Hall... I want the names
of employees to fill in automatically on a daily sheet under each
categorized heading of Days, Evenings, Nights and what hall. I'm typing
a DA in B1 and I need contents of A1 to go to a different worksheet
under C9, for example? Thanks...

Does your spreadsheet look something like this? or do you
have each month as a different tab? Copy and paste, or
type out, what the spreadsheet looks like:

Jan Feb Mar
Mary DA EB EB
Kerry DA DA EB
Joe EB EB DA
Martha EB DA DA
