SSD vs HDD on £200 budget

Hi Guys - i'm after some advice if possible - I have a budget of £200 to spend on hard drives - size doesn't matter too much (anything > 100GB would be fine), but speed is important.

I have Gigabyte's P67A-UD4 motherboard, which supports RAID, so i'm thinking to have 2 SDD's in RAID 0 - Corsair's F60 (60GB each) look pretty good and 2 of those would cost £190 currently, but wondering if anyone knows of a HDD solution which might be just a quick, but for less? Or any other good/cheap SSD's out there too?

Many thanks!

Thanks guys - definitely seems a number of issues need to be aware of when putting SSD in RAID (thanks V_R for the TRIM article) - after a bit of hunting and for simplicity just went for 2 x Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB (1TB should be fine - hopefully!) - looking forward to setting it up now!
