Very smart but it could be a bit draughty come winter time. :D

It's great! :)

But just about all land in most Western or 'civilised' countries are answerable to the law of the land. It would be nice if he could keep it, or even live there, but I don't hold out high hopes.

Other things - running water, he can't wash in the stream/waterfall everyday can he? Too cold sometimes I'd imagine. And how does he have a pony? Just how does he dispose of his solid waste? Chemical karzi perhaps but then he'd have to take it away to dispose of it. Latrine trench perhaps, renewable, but authorties would frown on that.

Thing is, if the faceless bureaucrats let him keep it they'd be opening the door for anybody to do it and before you know it you could have a forest full of 3000 travellers all living in trees amidst a sea of burnt out Ford Mondeos and tons of scrap iron and rubbish.

Just a few thoughts, let's hope it stays, it's a very nice dwelling, just hope he has a few fire extinguishers in there with him ;)

Wow! Beautiful isn't it. But yes, there could certainly be some practical problems... not least if someone happened to fall off the tree-branch "paths" and injure themselves. Not good if that bear happened to be lurking beneath.

A very attractive little building though. It looked very well made. :D
