SQL Demand

Every time I open a saved word document, the following box pops up:

Opening this document will run the following SQL command:

Data from your database will be placed in the document.


How do I remove this SQL demand. It seems to be popping up an virtually all
of my old saved word documents and is driving me crazy. Please help.
