Try these 3 Programs; they are a good combination.

And Avast for a good Anti-Virus.

same.

Download, install, update, and immunize your System with it.
Then SCAN with it.
Update it, and scan your System once a fortnight.

I'm having a problem with the Search and Destroy

Try http://superantispyware.com If you have a problem installing, and
running it, try running in Safe Mode. You may be infected and the
malware is blocking the installs.
