spyware wants to reinstall daily

even though the spyware has been detected and "removed"
ex: TV Media or Midaddle, every time I boot up or at some
point in a PC session, the Antispyware alert pops up to
advise me of one of these (and more) wanting to reinstall
even after continuous removals daily..... wasup

Parrot time:
Restart your computer in safe, tap F8 at start up until the Prompt appears,
use the up or down arrow keys to select safe mode and press enter. Open
AntiSpyware, on the Scan Page, choose Scan Options > Full System Scan. Do
this at least two times.
