Spyware VS Norton Systemworks

I am using Norton Systemworks 2005 along with the MS
Antispyware. The Internet Security Agent is inactive and
I can't activate it. Everything else seems to be working
fine. Any suggestions?

I believe this is an incompatibility between the two applications--other
users of some Norton suite products have reported a similar issue.
