Spyware/Trojan NOT Detected: Agent.AU

A workstation here was recently infected with the Agent.AU trojan. Most sites
are classifying this as spyware/adware, but Windows Defender failed to detect
it or provide an alert of any kind. Where are users supposed to send
submissions to alert Microsoft of spyware not detected by Windows Defender?
