spyware shredding

Restart in safe mode and do a full, deep scan with Microsoft Antispyware,
and let us know if that did the job.

Safe mode restart did the trick. I located the virus file,
deleted it to recycling bin, and emptied it.

Microsoft Antispyware never detected it all, even with deep
scan! Others did: spybot search&destroy, norton anti-virus.
From them I got the location of the virus.

Than I made a mistake--it would have been best to do a tools, suspected
spyware report first to get this issue into the database.

Want to give us the filename involved? This might help others with a
similar critter, or Microsoft.

This seems to be coming up in popularity. If users are reporting se.dll
issues, please have them submit a suspected spyware report and send an
e-mail to (e-mail address removed) stating they have se.dll so I can send
further instructions.
