spyware problem rebooting

To all: I downloaded the syware program and ran the
program. Once the files were deleted - the system asked
to be rebooted. My COMPUTER no longer boots up. Stuck on
the main "IBM" page.

F1 and f12 don't work.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
