Spyware/Malware & multiple user accounts

SepticTank

We routinely have customers with excessive amounts of spyware/malware.
Usually installing and running Ad-Aware and Spy Bot will take care of
it. However, if multiple user accounts are set up, the spyware isn't
entirely removed. Even going to each user account, run the respective
adware eliminating programs, the stuff will still reappear after
rebooting.

Anyone know how to stop this junk from coming back/reloading at
startup?

Thanks for any advice.

Instuct your clients not to install the stuff to begin with. If they
want to continue
to play on the internet and download such garbage charge them your full
hourly rate
again to remove it.

Or avoid using multiple user accounts - works for me

Running Windows-based av to kill active malware is like striking
a match to see if what you are standing in is water or petrol.
