Sprint pc 5740 connection card

when trying to install the software/driver form the provide CD that came with
the card, Windows Install starts and then gived the message "failed to
install ISKERNAL files" and windows install end saying software not install
try again.

Believe this is a Vista problem as this is a well used card and install find
under other Windows versions
