I have XP and a HP Laserjet 1000. Everything has work geat
for months. Printer too.

Starting today I keep getting an error spoolsv.exe. It
says that offset 0x77f839db has accessed memory that could
not be read.

From that point on programs work funny. Word will not open
some files, but others it will. I can't open the printer
using the Start menu. Etc.

The only thing that I know has changed is that my Symantec
LiveUpdate upgraded PCAnywhere this morning. I don't know
if this is involved or not.

What should I do.

The instruction at 'address' referenced memory at 'address'. The memory
could not be read.
