I had a virus on my computer, and it was hiding apparently in the spoolsv.exe
file, Symantec's Phone Tech's removed it. Now I can't install any printers,
it continuously tells me that the printer spool service is not running. I
need help

As you may have noticed, todays viruses can't be removed by "Phone Tech's".
