spoolsv application errors

E

Eric

We are having a repeated problem with our main file & print server running
Windows 2003 SP1. Does anybody know what might be causing this issue? The
only reference I could find was for Windows 2000 in KB article 819753.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;819753

We also had HP WebJet Admin installed on this server as well.

Move Files in C:\WINNT\system32\spool\PRINTERS to a temp folder and restart
spooler service.

I just did it and it worked for me.
