Spooler error

I get the following error every time I boot up or log back in. Does anyone
know what it means?

Spooler SubSystem App stopped working and was closed

A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Windows will
notify you if a solution is available.

I joined my shiny new Vista machine to my domain, where it was pushed a
bunch of standard printers. When this happened, my Print Spooler service
crashed.

The forum thread below explains that there's a file called HPBMINI.DLL used
by HP printers that must have a newer version than *.16 installed to avoid
crashing Vista when it installs the print drivers. I grabbed that file from
a Vista box that had a new driver manually installed, and copied it to the
server. I still have some testing to do but that seemed to work.

I copied it FROM (in Vista): C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3
....and TO the equivalent location in Windows Server 2003.

On printing a test page, the printers appear to have started using the new
DLL (even without re-registering it).

Hope this helps!
