Splitting fields in access 2010

I've read a lot of posts on splitting fields and all of them are about the cases where there is a pattern among all the entries like spaces or commas. Here's my problem:
sequence of 19 digits, have to split it in a way i get first 2 digits in one field, 3rd and 4th in second field and the rest in 3rd field and for the life of me I can't figure it out. Can someone please help? thanks
