Split MP3

I made a .wav mix file using EZ-DJ Plus. 19min long,159mb.
I made it too big to fit on my MP3 player. Is there a way
or program that can split a .wav file in two, making this
file into two parts? Kind of like fading the first part
out at the end and then fade part two back in? Thanks.

Audacity is a free audio editor. http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
A 19-minute file is too large for your MP3 player?

Yes...I only have a 128MB MP3 player for now. The music
file I made is 159MB. I want to be able to make the wav
file into two parts. Part one and part two. Like 80MB a
piece. Can I do this. This way they will fit. Understand
what I mean? Thanks.

You stated earlier that this is a .WAV file, correct? Don't split it at
all- just convert that wav file to mp3 and it will be MUCH smaller. This
freeware tool, among others, will do the job quickly and easily:
